Very possibly one of the greatest kids books ever written. Forget Where The Wild Things Are, The Cat In The Hat. Yes, the greatest kids book is in fact A Die Hard Christmas by Doogie Horner. This genius little book is a retelling of the movie Die Hard, written for kids in the similar rhyme to A Night Before Christmas. And it 100% works. We all know the story of Die Hard so there’s no reasons to go through it, but if you needed evidence for my claim to fame for this book look no further than this line: “ They shot the SWAT tank, with a surface-to-air missile and knocked it away like the down of a thistle.” I mean rhyming surface-to-air missile to Night Before Christmas.
