Steve Irwin Little People Big Dreams Kids And Conservation

We all loved, and still love Steve Irwin, the one and only Crocodile Hunter. His enthusiasm, his curiosity, boundless energy, the love that he so clearly showed for his work was infectious. Such a great roll model for kids, very happy they made it into a Little People Big Dreams book. In particular I think it really adds to the educational aspect for kids that we can still find his shows, so we’re not reading the book in a vacuum, like some of the other titles in the series (think Gandhi). Book follows the typical format, his early life, family, how he got into conservation and became the Crocodile Hunter and becoming a celebrity.

If you want to put together kind of a conservation reading list for young kids, this is a good addition.
